Last March 25, Philippine Tatler along with the Proscenium brought together numerous restaurateurs and foodies to kick off T.Dining Best Restaurants Week at the newly opened Kirov Function Room. The week-long promo brought great deals and special menus from restaurants like Rambla, Via Mare, and Chef Jessie, which gave the excited guests the guests even more reason to celebrate this much-awaited occasion. Cocktails and conversations were exchanged over a delectable Indian spread catered by Happy Ongpauco-Tiu. The good food and great company definitely made for an unforgettable night of celebration!
