Power Plant Mall Christmas Raffle and Elite Raffle Promo 2017
- The Power Plant Mall Christmas Raffle and Elite Raffle Promo shall run from November 16, 2017 to January 31, 2018.
- The promo is open to all shoppers with the required minimum single receipt purchase, at least 18 years of age, with a Philippine address.
- Customers may claim (1) Christmas Raffle stub for each of the following transactions:
- Every Php 1,000.00 in a single receipt purchase from any store at Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail and 8 Rockwell Retail only
- Every Php 2,000.00 in a single receipt purchase from any store at Power Plant Mall (not including carts, kiosks, Bridgeway exhibits or other temporary exhibits), except Marketplace by Rustan’s
- Every Php 3,000.00 in a single receipt purchase at Marketplace by Rustan’s
- Customers may claim twice (2x) the number of Christmas Raffle stubs entitled to them (please refer to the abovementioned terms) under the following condition:
- The purchase must be from any store at Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail, 8 Rockwell Retail and any store at Power Plant Mall (not including carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits or other temporary exhibits)
- The purchase date/s indicated on the receipt/s should be from November 24 to 26, 2017, December 8 to 10, 2017, and January 26 to 28, 2018 only
- Applicable to the Christmas Raffle stubs only
- Customers may claim (1) Elite Raffle stub for the following transaction/s:
- Every Php 500,000.00 in a single or accumulated receipt purchase from any store at Power Plant Mall, Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail and 8 Rockwell Retail only (not including carts, kiosks, Bridgeway exhibits or other temporary exhibits)
- Purchases are only qualified if transactions are made during the promo period and are from any store at the Rockwell Center Retail (Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail, 8 Rockwell Retail) or any Power Plant Mall establishments (not including carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits or other temporary exhibits).
- Receipts can be exchanged for Christmas Raffle stubs at the Redemption Booth by the R1 Level escalator, North Wing of Power Plant Mall from November 16 to December 14, 2017 and at the Redemption Booth in the Christmas Village, R1 Level (in front of Nespresso) from December 15, 2017 to January 31, 2018.
- Customer shall present a valid I.D. at the redemption booth
- A Power Plant Mall representative shall encode the customer’s information, including the transaction receipt/s
- Christmas Raffle stub/s shall be printed with the customer’s complete name, address, phone number, and e-mail address
- Customer must affix his/her signature on the printed Christmas Raffle stub
- Receipts can be exchanged for Elite Raffle stubs at the Redemption Booth in the Rockwell Sales Lounge, R1 Level (in front of Zara), South Wing of Power Plant Mall from November 16 to January 31, 2018.
- Customer shall present a valid I.D. at the redemption booth
- A Power Plant Mall representative shall encode the customer’s information, including the transaction receipt/s
- Elite Raffle stub/s shall be printed with the customer’s complete name, address, phone number, and e-mail address
- Customer must affix his/her signature on the printed Elite Raffle stub
- Should a customer purchase a Rockwell unit (Proscenium at Rockwell, The Grove by Rockwell, The Arton by Rockwell, East Bay Residences, The Vantage at Kapitolyo) with complete booking requirements (Reservation Fee, Down Payment, Post Dated Checks) from November 16, 2017 to January 31, 2018, he/she will receive a Unit Owner Redemption Pass which they can present at the redemption booth to claim twice (2x) the number of Christmas Raffle stub/s entitled to them (please refer to the abovementioned terms).
- The customer/unit buyer’s name will be indicated on the Unit Owner Redemption Pass
- Only the customer whose name is indicated on the Unit Owner Redemption Pass can avail of the privilege mentioned above (refer to #9)
- A customer is only entitled to one (1) Unit Owner Redemption Pass per Rockwell unit. Should he/she get two or more Rockwell units, the other Unit Owner Redemption Pass must be assigned to a different name
- The customer must present the Unit Owner Redemption Pass at the redemption booth along with his/her accumulated receipts to avail of the privilege mentioned above (refer to #9)
- The Unit Owner Redemption Pass cannot be used in conjunction with the double stub redemption promo on these dates: November 24 to 26, 2017, December 8 to 10, 2017, and January 26 to 28, 2018
- Christmas Raffle stubs can be dropped at the drop boxes located at the North Wing, R1 Level of Power Plant Mall from November 16 to December 14, 2017 and at the drop boxes located at the Christmas Village, R1 Level (in front of Nespresso) from December 15, 2017 to January 31, 2018.
- Elite Raffle stubs can be dropped at the drop boxes located at the Rockwell Sales Lounge, R1 Level of Power Plant Mall.
- Customers that are qualified for the Power Plant Mall Elite Raffle Promo will automatically be entitled to one (1) Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card.
- The Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card will be delivered to the VIP Cardholder’s specified mailing address.
- The Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card Mechanics are as follows:
- The Elite VIP Card is non-transferable. Only the Elite Member whose name is indicated on the Elite VIP Card will be able to enjoy the exclusive VIP privileges
- The Elite VIP Card is not convertible to cash
- The Elite VIP Card is valid from March 1, 2018 to September 1, 2018 only for Power Plant Mall Elite VIP cardholders. For all current VIP cardholders, the Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card’s validity period will begin after their current card’s validity period.
- The Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card will be valid from March 1, 2018 to September 1, 2018 (except for current VIP cardholders) regardless of the date of submission of the accumulated official receipts.

1 winner - The deadline for submission of raffle entries is a day before each raffle draw date: 9pm on December 24, 2017 for the December 25, 2017 draw date and 9pm on January 31, 2018 for the February 1, 2018 draw date.
- The raffle draws for the Christmas Raffle Promo are at 3pm on December 25, 2017 and 3PM on February 1, 2018 at the North Court (near Marks & Spencer), R1 Level of Power Plant Mall. A DTI representative will be present to witness the drawing of the winners. The winners shall be notified via registered mail, phone and e-mail.
- The raffle draw for the Elite Raffle Promo is at 5pm on February 1, 2018 at the Rockwell Sales Lounge, R1 Level (in front of Zara), South Wing of Power Plant Mall. A DTI representative will be present to witness the drawing of the winners. The winners shall be notified via registered mail, phone and e-mail.
- A Php 50,000.00 shopping spree will be granted to the winner if he/she is present during the actual raffle draw.
- The winners shall pay for the 20% tax of the prize and other expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize, not limited to the following:
- Taxes & Fees: Documentary Stamps, Registration Fee, Processing Fee, Realty Tax and Transfer Tax
- To claim the prize, the winners shall present a valid I.D. (driver’s license, work I.D., passport, school I.D., etc.), the winning raffle stub, and the registered notice at the Power Plant Mall Retail Office, P3 Level of Power Plant Mall.
- Winners have sixty (60) days to claim the prize from receipt of notification. Otherwise, this will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
- Receipts from bill payments, account settlements and purchases from temporary exhibitors are not qualified for the redemption.
- Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification.
- Prize is transferable and not convertible to cash.
- Customers can only win once during the whole promo duration of the Power Plant Mall Elite Raffle Promo and the Christmas Raffle Promo.
- Winners shall allow himself / herself to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.
- Upon signing the Christmas Raffle stub/s and/or the Elite Raffle stub/s, the shopper explicitly authorizes Rockwell Land Corporation to process personal information and sensitive personal information in the performance of the promotion. - Employees of Rockwell Land, service providers and participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Christmas Raffle Promo.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Power Plant Mall with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
Terms and Conditions of the Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card:
Power Plant Mall Parking
– The Elite VIP Card entitles the Cardholder to free parking passes (worth Php 50 per visit) during the validity period indicated in their card.
– Only one (1) free parking pass can be availed per day and can only be claimed by the Cardholder
– To claim the free parking, the Cardholder must tap his/her Elite VIP Card at the Power Plant Mall Parking upon entrance and present his/her Elite VIP Card at the Power Plant Mall Parking ticket booth upon exit (P1 or P2 level)
– Free parking is only valid for Power Plant Mall Basement Parking
– Overnight parking and Rockwell Center Parking (Plaza, 8 Rockwell, One Rockwell, etc.) are not included in the promo
– Only the actual/original Elite VIP Card will be acknowledged
– The abovementioned privileges are only applicable at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City
Power Plant Mall Valet Service
– The Elite VIP Card entitles the Cardholder to free use of the valet service (worth Php 100 per visit) during the validity period indicated in their card.
– Only one (1) free use of the valet service is given per day and can only be claimed by the Cardholder
– To claim free use of the valet service, the Cardholder must present his/her Elite VIP Card at the Power Plant Mall Valet Service Booth
– The Power Plant Mall Valet Service is available daily, during mall hours.
– Only the actual/original Elite VIP Card will be acknowledged
– The abovementioned privileges are only applicable at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City
Power Plant Cinema
– The Elite VIP Card entitles the Cardholder to free movie tickets (worth Php 300 per visit) and free tumblers of popcorn (worth Php 80 per tumbler) during the validity period indicated in their card
– Only one (1) free movie ticket and one (1) tumbler of popcorn is given per day and can only be claimed by the Cardholder
– To claim the free movie ticket, the Cardholder must present his/her Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card and a valid I.D. (driver’s license, company I.D., passport, school I.D., etc) at the Power Plant Cinema Office, R3 Level of the mall
– To claim the free tumbler of popcorn, the Cardholder must present his/her Power Plant Mall Elite VIP Card to the Power Plant Cinema snackbar personnel at the cinema lobby.
– Movies at Premier Cinema 5, VIP Cinema 8, 3D movies, and Metro Manila Film Festival movies are not included in the promo
– Only the actual/original Elite VIP Card will be acknowledged
– The abovementioned privileges are only applicable at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City
