Rockwell Christmas Raffle Promo 2023

1) The Rockwell Christmas Raffle Promo shall run from November 3, 2023 to January 31, 2024.

2) The promo is open to all shoppers at least 18 years of age, with a Philippine address, an active Rockwellist mobile application account, and the required minimum single receipt purchase.

3) Eligibility and Limitations of the Christmas Raffle:

The following groups, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo, and are not eligible to participate in any raffle or other promotions with the element of chance:

1. Store-based employees and staff of participating outlets/tenants, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
2. Business owners, head-office employees, and other non-store-based employees of mall tenants and participating outlets will be allowed to join the Rockwellist Rewards program, provided that their redemptions are only from their own personal purchases.
3. Rockwell Land Corporation’s employees, its subsidiaries, and service providers will be allowed to join the Rockwellist Rewards program solely to redeem catalog-based rewards, provided that their redemptions are only from their own personal purchases.
4. Rockwell Land Corporation and its subsidiaries’ consultants, and service providers (with exemptions stated in d.ii) will be allowed to unlock Rockwellist Elite status, provided that their redemptions are only from their own personal purchases.
   1. Rockwell Land Corporation and its subsidiaries’ employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Rockwellist Elite promo.
   2. Rockwell Land Corporation and its subsidiaries’ maintenance, security, and facilities service providers’ employees and staff, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Rockwellist Elite promo.
5. All groups aforementioned are not eligible to participate in any raffle or other promotions with the element of chance under the Rockwellist Rewards program.

4) Customers may claim one (1) regular digital Christmas Raffle entry for each of the following transactions:

• Every Php 2,000.00 in a single-receipt purchase from shop.TheRockwellist.com, or any establishment at Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail, 8 Rockwell Retail, Proscenium Retail, and The Balmori Suites Retail and Chef’s Table (not including carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits, or other temporary exhibits with a duration shorter than 3 months).
• Every Php 3,000.00 in a single-receipt purchase from any establishment at Power Plant Mall (not including carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits, or other temporary exhibits with a duration shorter than 3 months), except The Marketplace by Rustan’s.
• Every Php 5,000.00 in a single receipt purchase at The Marketplace by Rustan’s at Power Plant Mall.

5) Customers may claim one (1) The Rockwellist Exclusive Raffle entry for each of the following transactions:

• Every Php 500,000.00 in accumulated receipt purchases during the raffle promo period from any establishment at Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail, 8 Rockwell Retail, Proscenium Retail, The Balmori Suites Retail, shop.TheRockwellist.com, and establishment at Power Plant Mall (not including carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits or other temporary exhibits with a duration shorter than 3 months).

6) Customers may claim twice (2x) the number of regular Christmas Raffle entries entitled to them only (please refer to the above mentioned terms), under the following conditions:

1. The purchase date/s indicated on the receipt/s should be from November 20 & 21, 2023, December 4 & 5, 2023, December 25 & 26, 2023, January 8 & 9, 2024, and January 22 & 23, 2024 only.
2. The purchase must be from any establishment at Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail, 8 Rockwell Retail, Proscenium Retail, The Balmori Suites Retail, shop.TheRockwellist.com, and any establishment at Power Plant Mall (not including carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits or other temporary exhibits with a duration shorter than 3 months).
3. The double entry promo dates do not apply to The Rockwellist Exclusive Raffle entries.

7) Receipts from bill payments, gift certificates and gift card loading or top-ups, account settlements, and purchases from temporary exhibitors with a duration shorter than 3 months are not qualified for redemption.

8) To redeem raffle entries, customers must scan their Rockwellist Rewards QR code on the Rockwellist scanning device or authorized mobile device at the establishment, once the official receipt has been printed, within five (5) minutes.

9) The customer may also opt to redeem raffle entries by manually uploading their receipts using their Rockwellist mobile application. Simply fill out the required information and upload a clear photo of the receipt, where all required details must be visible and complete.

10) Purchases are only qualified if transactions are made during the promo period and are from any establishment at Power Plant Mall (not including carts, kiosks, bridgeway exhibits or other temporary exhibits with a duration shorter than 3 months), Rockwell Center Retail (Manansala Retail, Joya Retail, One Rockwell Retail, Edades Retail, 8 Rockwell Retail, The Proscenium Retail, The Balmori Suites Retail), and Shop.TheRockwellist.com only.

11) Customers who will be needing assistance may proceed to The Rockwellist Concierge at the R1 Level (in front of Signet), from November 3, 2023 to January 31, 2024.

12) Raffle entry redemption for those who purchased a Rockwell Land unit during the raffle period:

1. Should a customer purchase a Rockwell Land unit (The Proscenium at Rockwell, Edades West, The Balmori Suites, Proscenium Workspaces, 8 Benitez Suites, The Vantage at Kapitolyo, Rockwell South at Carmelray, 32 Sanson, Aruga Resort and Residences – Mactan, East Bay Residences, The Arton, The Grove, Rockwell at Nepo Center, Nara Residences, Rockwell Center Bacolod Commercial Lots, Bel Air at Rockwell Center Bacolod, Terreno South, The Lincoln at IPI Center) with booking requirement (Reservation Fee, Down Payment, Post Dated Checks) completed from November 3, 2023 to January 31, 2024, he/she may claim twice (2x) the number of Christmas Raffle entries entitled to them (please refer to the below mentioned terms). This promo is only applicable to residential and commercial units that are primarily purchased from the developer; buyers and customers of secondary units are not eligible to join this promo.
2. The customer/unit owner’s Rockwellist mobile app account will automatically be tagged as qualified for earning double entries and this will apply retroactively to all entries earned within the promo period.
3. Only the customer whose name is registered from the Residential Team’s records/contract can avail of the double entry redemption.
4. The aforementioned customer cannot transfer his/her points perk from one account to another.
5. The unit owner raffle perk can only be used for the Christmas Raffle entry/entries, and cannot be used for The regular Rockwellist Rewards points entitled to the customer outside of the raffle period.

13) Power Plant Mall shall be digitally raffling off one (1) brand new unit of the Land Rover Defender 110 S P300 explorer pack in pangea green with white roof and one (1) brand new unit of Land Rover Defender 90 S P300 explorer pack in fuji white as the grand prize for the Christmas Raffle Promo and the The Rockwellist Exclusive Raffle Promo, respectively, on February 1, 2024. The draw dates and prize are as follows:

14) The deadline for submission of raffle entries for both the Christmas Raffle and The Rockwellist Exclusive Raffle promo is at 11:59pm on January 31, 2024 for the February 1, 2024 draw date.

15) The electronic raffle draw for the Christmas Raffle and The Rockwellist Exclusive Raffle promo will be on February 1, 2024 at 3:00PM & 3:30PM, respectively at the North Court (near Marks & Spencer), R1 Level of Power Plant Mall. A DTI representative will be present to witness the drawing of the winners. The winners shall be notified via registered mail, phone, and email.

16) The winners shall pay for the 20% tax of the prize, and other expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize, not limited to the following:

1. Taxes and Fees: Documentary Stamps, Registration Fee, Processing Fee, Realty Tax, and Transfer Tax

17) To claim the prize, the winners shall present a valid I.D. (driver’s license, work I.D., passport, school I.D., etc.), and the registered notice at the Rockwell Retail Office, R4 Level of Power Plant Mall.

18) The winner has sixty (60) days to claim the prize from receipt of notification. Otherwise, this will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

19) Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification.

20) Prize is transferable and not convertible to cash.

21) Customers can only win once during the whole promo duration. If the winner for the Rockwellist Christmas Raffle has entries in The Rockwellist Exclusive Raffle, their entries are automatically forfeited for the latter draw.

22) The winner shall allow himself / herself to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.

23) Upon joining Rockwell’s Christmas Raffle and/or the Rockwellist Elite promo, the shopper explicitly authorizes Rockwell Land Corporation to process personal information and sensitive personal information in the performance of the promotion. 24) In case of any dispute, the decision of Power Plant Mall with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
