Rockwall

One word: Quality! It is great for Bacchus Epicerie because the community supports us and has made us into a neighborhood store.

I first saw Rockwell as a cardboard, literally. It was a mini scale model in the conference room of Benpres Publishing in Benpres building. I was editor of Benpres’ Metro magazine and the Lopez patriarch Geny Lopez, using the room for meetings, was talking about a planned community – a big dream. Now I live in that “dream”. Rockwell is one of the best things to happen to the Filipino lifestyle in the 21st century.

Rockwell has always been a place I’ve hung out in and watched movies in during the weekends. It’s such an oasis. That is why the parties we threw to celebrate the openings of our restaurants and retail store there – 8 Cuts Burger and Bistro du Vin, as well as Common Thread – were inspired by the time I’ve spent in Rockwell and the special place that it is, and I ended up enjoying them immensely. It’s such a pleasure to be able to be part of the community now and try to give back good times through our establishments in exchange for all the good times I’ve had at Rockwell throughout the years.

6 x. I joined Rockwell in 2004 when our NIAT was at P239M and when we only had 2 new projects. Now, our NIAT is at P1.56B and we have at least 12 projects in various stages of development. I’m looking forward to Rockwell’s future growth at this same or even higher multiple!
