On May 20, Rockwell launches Rockwell In & Out, a quick drive-by pick-up service at Power Plant Mall. Customers may easily skip the in-mall queues and simply drive by for their phone-in orders or online purchases.
Customers can place their orders directly through the Power Plant Mall store or restaurant, settle payment, and arrange for a Rockwell In & Out pick-up. There will be a centralized area in the P1 Level Car Park (by the mall entrance near True Value) where customers can take a car slot, inform the store about their slot number, and wait for the store representative who will safely hand over their order. A stub will be given by Security which must be presented upon exit. Delivery service riders will also pick up customers’ orders at the Rockwell In & Out area.
Rockwell In & Out allows for a quick and convenient way to pick up orders by just staying inside your vehicle, minimizing exposure. Always with all customers, tenants, and employees’ wellbeing in mind, this is how Rockwell does it well.
